$1200 Monthly Rent *all Utilities included
$1000 Move-in Fee - Due June 1st
Move in Date - August Orientation Date (8/6/24)
Students must have bedding, clothing bins, hygiene items, a bathroom caddy, a laundry basket for dirty clothes, food, personal kitchen utensils, washing and drying tools, a small broom, a small trash bin, and washcloths. Click the button to view the recommended items.

Qualifications:

Income requirement is 2.5x the rent & applicant needs to be currently employed for 12+ mos at the same employment.

600 Minimum credit score 5 yrs no prior evictions/filing for evictions or collections related to another apartment complex, and/or of large amounts on credit report. (additional maybe required based off credit)

No criminal record (Traffic violations are the exception).
Move-in Fee Must be Paid by due date. Move-in Fee in nonrefundable.
